1. User Registration & Eligibility
To use Khaaba, you must:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that engages in fraudulent activity, violates our terms, or abuses our platform in any way.
2. Restaurant & Delivery Partner Responsibilities
- Restaurants must ensure food quality, freshness, and proper hygiene at all times.
- Delivery partners are required to deliver food safely and on time, respecting local traffic laws and customer expectations.
- Any complaints regarding food quality, late delivery, or rider behavior must be reported to Khaaba’s support team.
3. Order Process & Payments
- Orders placed through Khaaba are final once the restaurant accepts them.
- Payments can be made via Cash on Delivery (COD), debit/credit cards, or mobile wallets.
- Khaaba is not responsible for any payment failures caused by banks or payment providers.
4. Refund & Cancellation
- Refunds are only provided under specific conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.
- Order cancellations are only allowed before preparation starts.
5. Platform Terms and Conditions
Khaaba serves as a marketplace connecting customers with restaurants. We are not responsible for food preparation, ingredients, or allergy concerns. Any legal disputes must be settled between the customer and the restaurant.
